Benjamin SMC is a trading education brand based in Ontario, Canada. We publish free live educational sessions and recorded lessons, run online events, sell coaching programs, and operate an online community for people learning to trade futures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Our website, content and community are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in Canada and our service providers may store or process information in Canada, the United States and other countries. Where information leaves your country we take steps, including contractual protections, to keep it protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
